Excavation Services in Hot Springs, AR

Foundations, drainage, culverts, trenches, ponds, and access work planned around the grade, the material, and what follows us.

Dirt Work Should Solve a Problem

Excavation is not just digging a hole. The depth, slope, spoil placement, access, and final drainage all have to work with the next step of the project. We want to know what is being built, connected, drained, or reached before the bucket goes in the ground.

Foundations, Trenches, Culverts, and Ponds

We handle foundation and pad excavation, utility and drainage trenches, culvert work, pond and bank shaping, stump and root removal, and rough access. The exact method depends on the plans, soil, rock, working room, and where excavated material can go.

Drainage Is Part of the Plan

A clean cut that sends water toward the house is not a good excavation job. We look at the surrounding grade, outlets, crossings, and how the site behaves after a hard Arkansas rain.

Rock and Hidden Conditions

Buried concrete, old utilities, unsuitable fill, and solid rock can change production. We identify what we can during the estimate and communicate quickly if the ground reveals something that was not visible from the surface.

A Better Handoff

If a builder, plumber, electrician, septic contractor, or concrete crew follows us, share their dimensions and access needs. A few minutes of coordination can save an expensive second mobilization.

Excavation FAQ

We need the intended dimensions and finish, access for equipment, known utilities, material conditions, and a plan for the excavated soil. Drawings or measurements from the next contractor are useful when available.

Utilities must be located before digging. Public locate services do not mark every private line, so irrigation, septic, private electric, and owner-installed lines also need to be identified.

Usable material may be placed elsewhere on the property when the scope allows it. Hauling, imported fill, unsuitable soil, and rock disposal are priced separately so the estimate reflects the actual material plan.
