Mulching processes brush and smaller woody growth at the surface and leaves a mulch layer. Full clearing may also include larger-tree removal, stump and root work, debris hauling, excavation, and grading.

Yes. We agree on keep trees, boundaries, access, and protected areas before work starts. Survey stakes or marked trees are better than asking the operator to guess.

No. Those are included only when they are written into the estimate. The scope should say what stays, what leaves, and what finish you are buying.

Rock, buried concrete, unsuitable soil, undocumented utilities, and old fill can be invisible from the surface. If hidden conditions affect the plan, we discuss the change before expanding the scope.

Yes. Public utilities must be located, and private lines such as septic, irrigation, owner-installed electric, and water also need to be identified before excavation.

Many do. Required approvals and verified utility disconnections must be handled before demolition. Hazardous materials also require proper identification and separate handling.

You can call, but availability may be limited during a regional event. Properties reviewed or arranged before the storm are easier to route and service safely.
